Thaw Boldly Shrimp* Bites in the fridge overnight (approx. 8 hours).
Fill a medium-sized pot with water and boil the thawed Shrimp* Bites for 3-4 minutes. Drain & set aside.
Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
Pour the JUST Egg into a small bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the Panko crumbs, nori, sesame seeds, and dried parsley together.
Roll the Shrimp* Bites into the JUST Egg, letting any excess drip off, then roll them in the Panko mixture until fully coated.
Place each one on a baking sheet and repeat the process with the remaining Shrimp* Bites until you have all 16 Shrimp* Bites on the sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Mix the Wildwood Organic Vegan Aoili with the Yellowbird Organic Siracha in a small bowl.
Arrange the Boldly Shrimp* Bites on a platter and serve with a dollop of Sriracha aioli on top of each one. Enjoy!
