Thaw Boldly Whitefish* filets in the fridge overnight (approx. 8 hours).
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Place the Whitefish* filets in a baking dish, and season with salt and black pepper.
Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and minced garlic over the top of the Whitefish*, then layer on the lemon slices and sprinkle the chopped rosemary overtop.
Drizzle the olive oil over everything in the baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the Whitefish* is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Serve the Boldly Lemon Baked Whitefish* hot, garnished with additional fresh rosemary and lemon wedges if desired. Enjoy!
